We can now integrate your mobile phones into our Siemens phone system, saving you money on call costs and improving efficiency.

How do we do that?

By offering an extra feature called One Number Mobility.

What does that mean?

You only need to give out your desk phone number – not your mobile number.

What we do is link your mobile to a virtual extension in the phone system and put that in a hunt group with your desk phone.

When someone rings your desk phone the call will ring on your mobile at the same time.

You can answer from either.

You can toggle between either - great when someone rings you just as you are leaving the office or just as you are arriving back in to the office.

When you answer on the mobile your extension will show busy on the other handsets.

You can even ring back through the phone system from your mobile and present your desk phone number.

With a GSM Gateway and the right mobile plan you then only pay a local land line call cost from your mobile.

Another advantage is people don’t need to know your mobile number so at the end of the day you can flick all your business calls to voicemail.
(You only need one voicemail as well, the one in the phone system)

You can also log yourself in and out of the hunt group from your mobile. Be in control of how contactable you need to be.
