optiPoint 420 Series

The optiPoint 420 models represent a complete family of IP telephones (including an SIP model), from which you can make the optimum choice in terms of costs and function and security. They combine tap-proof telephony via voice encryption (SRTP support with optiPoint 420 economy plus V5.1) with an effective authentification mechanism for phones in your corporate network. Furthermore, innovations like the exceptionally good voice quality, thanks to G.722 Wideband Codec technology, or unrestricted access to all HiPath features and a multitude of convenient adapters and modules, make for even better functionality when making calls.

optiPoint 420 Adv



The optiPoint 420 advance model is particularly prestigious: 18 function and 3 dialog keys, full duplex hands-free operation and the large-format, four-line graphical display offers maximum convenience when telephoning. In addition, optiPoint 420 advance supports both standardized SIP features and special functions from the SIP HiPath 8000 platforms (in the optiPoint 420 advance S version). This enhanced feature model is rounded off by the option of two slide-in units for expansion with add-on modules and application support via the optiPoint display module.




optiPoint 420 Std

Are your telephone requirements especially exacting, because you make a great many calls? If so, the optiPoint 420 economy standard will certainly meet your needs. This full duplex handsfree device with echo suppression offers optimum voice quality, and the model is easy to upgrade with add-on modules by means of two optional slide-in units. optiPoint 420 Economy Plus

You can boost your flexibility with the optiPoint 420 economy plus. In addition to the basic services of the entry-level version, this model enables the PC to be connected to the LAN via the integrated 10/100 Base-T mini-switch, so that there is just one LAN cable leading to the desk (one wire to the desk). A connection for earpieces and headsets is also provided, making this the ideal product for workstations subject to a high volume of telephone calls


optiPoint 420 Economy

Whether in the mobile office environment or directly at the Point of Sale – the optiPoint 420 economy represents a reasonably priced entry-level model with an impressive array of convenient functions. The swiveling display, for example, indicates the caller’s name and number, while the handy optiGuide user guidance feature enables users to enjoy the full performance range of the HiPath Real Time IP systems.


optiPoint SLK Module

The number of available (programmable) feature keys can be increased by plugging in a optiPoint self labelling key module. Up to two modules can be plugged in per optiPoint phone.

This module has 13 keys, programmable on two levels. The self-labelling function is made by LCD displays.

Excellent voice quality and the fully duplex speakerphone make optiPoint 410 advance a real pleasure to work with. This offering is complemented by a number of handy extras including optiPoint display module support, a headset connection facility, an integrated interface for up to two add-on devices, and an integrated 10/100 Base-T mini-switch. In addition the optiPoint 410 advance offers standard SIP features, while its optiPoint 410 advance S version supports HiPath 8000 functions.


optiPoint 410 Standard

Fully duplex, modular, high-end speakerphone – optiPoint 410 standard has everything required for call centers, conference rooms or office workstations with high call volumes. It offers the same features as optiPoint 410 economy in addition to an interface for up to two add-on devices, two adapter slots and a headset. Twelve function keys and three dialog keys for interactive user guidance support the entire service spectrum. optiPoint 410 economy is suitable for environments with relatively high call volumes, such as hotels, offices and small to medium-sized enterprises that want to take advantage of VoIP and CTI.
