Masterwatch VAD-5007 Alarm Dialler

The Masterwatch alarm dialer is an eight-input voice alarm dialler which can notify you by telephone if a particular event has occurred. TAMCO has mostly deployed this alarm dialler in the Mushroom Farm industry but can be used in almost any industry imaginable.






So far, we have installed this product for the following applications.

Mains Failure Notification
Our customer runs a 24-hour emergency call handling service using Voice over IP / VoIP phones located in staff homes around the country, mains failure can lead to the depletion of backup batteries running his server & other equipment which means he is unable to process customer data in an emergency. The Masterwatch alarm dialler detects mains failure and will telephone a list of phone numbers in order to notify him of the situation. If people on the list do not wake up, the alarm will continually dial every number until the call is acknowledged. This will give the business owner enough time to make arrangements, like start a generator to ensure his equipment continues to run overnight.

Mushroom Farm Equipment Monitoring
Equipment such as boilers, chillers and environmental control systems are crucial to the running of a successful mushroom farm. Failure of this equipment overnight can lead to costly losses of large crops of product. We have installed the Masterwatch alarm dialler into several of Sydney’s major mushroom farms. The alarm dialler is notified of Chiller, Boiler, Fancom, freezer or other equipment failure and will dial a list of numbers to notify the owner and staff of the failure so steps can be taken to prevent any losses.
