TAMCO’s largest video conferencing customer is a government contractor who supplies equipment to various government departments. They have offices located around Australia and also have manufacturing & offices overseas.

Our customer used to regularly hold telephone conferences with all their overseas and interstate offices. More important meetings would be face to face with staff flying interstate or overseas to meet and share documents.

TAMCO maintained their existing telephone system and offered to install a video conferencing system.

We installed a Lifesize Team in their head office which allows up to 3 other remote sites to join a conference.

– The unit is connected to a 50″ Plasma Television and a projector which allows you to display different sites on each screen or the screen can be split to show all remote sites at once.

– A laptop computer can be connected to the Lifesize to allow staff to share Powerpoint presentations and other documents to remote sites.

– The Lifesize is standards compliant allowing it to conference with other brand video conferencing systems.
